Spend a lovely morning, starting at the British museum, stopping for a hamburger for lunch and finishing with stunning London architecture. This is a route that is perfect for family and also possible for small children.
Description: Visit the British Museum for a couple of hours, you could spend days in there if you wanted, however once you're done with the visit you should continue to walk the street of Bloomsbury and see the action around Russel Square.
Description: This should be a nice little walk from the burger place to this impressive building, built in 1911 and now used mostly for conventions and weddings.
Description: Stop here for a minute to imagine the famed Dickens walking out to the street. Tavistock House was demolished in 1901, and its former location is covered today by the headquarters of the British Medical Association in Tavistock Square. A blue plaque commemorates Charles Dickens and Tavistock House.
