Step out of the touristy hustle and bustle

Rome 1 day 4 stops 4.8 hours Summer, Spring, Fall 1548

ABOUT THIS TRAIL

As a little girl growing up in Rome, we would often come to this town just outside of Rome in the summer. Trevignano Romano is set on the beautiful lake of Bracciano. It has a unique medieval vibe, a beautiful boardwalk, great seafood and many fun water activities. If you're staying in Rome and want a break from traffic and tourist menus, this is a great spot to admire nature while still enjoying a lively atmosphere.

If you are in Rome in the hot summer, you can come here to swim for a much needed break from the heat
