A great way to start your day! This tour will take you through a mindful Parisian morning, making you feel awake, refreshed and in tune with yourself. Start by meditating at Place des Vosges, then journal about it and write your intentions for the day after taking a secret entrance to Hotel de Sully. We will then get moving at le Tigre Yoga, progressively opening your body thanks to postures and breath work under the guidance of top-notch instructors. After class, stay in the studio to eat at Wild and the Moon, a deliciously healthy cafe and restaurant

       After nourishing your soul and your mind, it is time to nourish you body with healthy food that will make you feel as good as it tastes.
