Ubud is one of the world’s top yoga destinations. There are so many great yoga schools here, so what better way to start your day than by putting your hair in a yoga bun and heading to a class. After building up an appetite you will want a healthy and delicious meal. You are spoilt for choice but I will let you know some of my favourite places. The health scene is so advanced here and it's a dream for anyone following a holistic, vegan or raw food lifestyle, or if you just want to try something different! People tend to be pretty chilled out here but we still need a bit of pampering to make ourselves look and feel good. Treat yourself to a pedicure at Fresh, as the value for money and quality you get is second to none. Then take a walk through nature, along the stunning Campuhan ridge walk, enjoying the quiet of the rice fields. Finish the day with a relaxing massage at Karsa Spa. Ahh pure bliss, you will have a brilliant day and your body will thank you for it.
